Digital Marketing Intern

Education and/or Experience
Currently in Year 3 or 4 working towards a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. Position could be college credit.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Excel spreadsheet software, Word (word-processing software), PowerPoint, HTMA/CSS, WordPress (content management system), Mailchimp (email marketing software), Photoshop, HootSuite/social media scheduling tools as well as social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

1. Work closely with Digital Marketing Team in coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day management of all digital marketing programs and projects.
2. Work closely with retail members to insure appropriate implementation. Specific programs include: on-line shopping, digital coupons, social media management, and digital marketing reporting.
3. Partner with Marketing Team to provide digital content for monthly, quarterly, and yearly promotions.
4. Support existing websites by updating content and reviewing analytics.

1. Exceptional organizational skills with special attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication, analytical and customer service skills.
3. Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
4. Familiarity with WordPress, HootSuite, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) and MailChimp.
5. Basic photography, videography and photo and video editing skills using Canva, TikTok and Adobe tools.
6. Ability to work well within a team environment.
7. Exceptional creative thinking and design skills.
