ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively manages a separate portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial loan relationships Conducts business development activities, including working closely with the Bank's retail deposit and cash management services, as well as independent development of various centers of influence to support individual portfolio growth Utilizes the Bank's information systems, including Salesforce/CRM Identifies and makes recommendations regarding commercial loans to the Chief Lending Officer and Bank Loan Committees Monitors industry trends to understand impact to the portfolio and attempts to mitigate any potential risks Works closely with team members towards assigned goals and objectives Represents the Bank within the community to build and strengthen connections Ensures adherence with Loan Polices, as well as compliance with regulations impacting assigned portfolio

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of five (5) years' of bank lending industry experience required, with a preference for significant experience in CRE Sound working knowledge of commercial credit, loan underwriting, and loan structuring, in addition to Bank products and services, policies and procedures Success in building and maintaining relationships, business development, and management of a diverse lending portfolio within various industries Detail-oriented with ability to communicate professionally, both in writing and verbally Strong organizational and analytical skills Capable of working independently and solving problems when operating under deadlines Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to a changing environment Experience and comfort level using office equipment and program applications including: CRM, core software, loan origination systems, Microsoft Office, etc. Willingness to support Bank growth by offering solutions to a variety of needs while deepening relationships and providing a quality customer experience
