Helps department leadership in the development of client services to include mobile crisis services and crisis diversion services. Provides resources and linkages to area resources for individuals in need of Mental Health and Substance Use Services as well as follow up services. Triage and coordination of incoming calls/runs. Assist with onboarding and training of new staff. Coordinate with program manager to schedule staff and coverage of shifts. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Knowledge of community resources. Skilled in customer service techniques. Documentation must be completed in a timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from a four-year college or university preferred. Experience working and/or volunteering within the behavioral health field, criminal justice, or social services field will be considered in place of non-social work (or related field) degree.
