Provides resources and linkages to area resources for individuals in need of Mental Health and Substance Use Services as well as follow up services. Triage and coordination of incoming calls/runs. Assist with onboarding and training of new staff. Coordinate with program manager to schedule staff and coverage of shifts. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Knowledge of community resources. Skilled in customer service techniques. Documentation must be completed in a timely manner. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from a four-year college or university preferred. Experience working and/or volunteering within the behavioral health field, criminal justice, or social services field will be considered in place of non-social work (or related field) degree.
