Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at the Indianapolis Comprehensive Treatment Center. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a clinical team in an outpatient addiction recovery environment, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and providing supervision to clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide supervision to clinical staff in an outpatient addiction recovery environment.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Monitor counselor's compliance with productivity requirements and develop improvement plans when requirements are not met.
  • Make staff assignments and create schedules; update support staff when changes are made.
  • Conduct patient treatment plan reviews as needed.
  • Perform chart audits and communicate results of audits to staff.
  • Assist with the recruitment, hiring, and training of qualified clinical staff.
  • Involvement in crisis intervention and working as a liaison within the community as needed.
  • Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in behavioral or related field and 2 years clinical experience in a health or human service agency; OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in behavioral or related field and 3 years clinical experience in a health or human service agency; OR
  • Minimum of one year working directly with behavioral health or addiction recovery population required
  • Minimum of one year in a clinical supervisory role required
  • Hands-on supervisor with the ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • One of the following is required:
  • CADAC II (Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant II)
  • MSW (Master Social Worker)
  • LSW (Licensed Social Worker)
  • LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
  • ACIT II (Addiction Consultant in Training II)
  • MATS (Medication Assisted Treatment Specialist)
