Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in coordinating operational and clinical Medical Assisting program needs
  • Maintain excellent communication with staff and ensure a consistently high quality of services and documentation
  • Collaborate with the management of the clinical team to coordinate services to the highest quality of client care
Requirements
  • Graduate of a two-year Medical Assistant program accredited by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Certification or registration through an accrediting body (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA, or NAHP)
  • Two years of experience working as a medical assistant or LPN in an outpatient setting
  • One year of leading teams in a capacity
  • One year of directly related experience in a service capacity of individuals in need
