The Role:

Experienced Associates in Tax Services work as members of various client service teams.

Experienced Associates can expect to:

  • Engage in the tax preparation, tax returns, tax planning and consulting processes;
  • Collaborate with each engagement team to identify and research client problems and propose possible solutions; and
  • Receive formal tax training, on the job training, direct feedback from top tax leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources.
The Requirements:
  • 1+ year of relevant tax experience;
  • Bachelors and/or relevant advanced degree (MAcc, MST, JD);
    • Accounting, Finance, Economics or related (Preferred)
    • Minimum GPA: 3.0.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities;
  • Self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
  • Ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communication; and
  • Proficient use of technology.
