Now, the company has become the leader in the connected nursery space, with an incredible customer base of highly-engaged new parents who look to Nanit as a source of information and expertise on their parenting journey.About the Role:Nanit is looking for a tech-savvy, organized individual to support the operational functions that make our business run smoothly. As the Operations Coordinator, you will be monitoring inventory & fulfillment operations and escalate issues as they arise. You will also be working behind the scenes monitoring flows between our systems and flagging any errors, which will ensure we are providing a best-in-class experience from inbound inventory to outbound shipments.What you'll be doing:Monitor daily 3PL fulfillment operations and escalate any operational concernsInform Customer Service Team of any backorders and delaysEnter manual retail orders directly into our ERP systemProvide updates on reworks at 3PLSupport onboarding new EDI integrations with basic tasks to expedite the processMonitor progress within EDI integrations and provide updates to the Sales teamMonitor our system integrations and escalate any errorsMaintain reporting for status of Inbound ShipmentsWhat we're looking for: Experience working with different Retail trading partner vendors in EDI integrationExperience with NetSuite is a mustPrior experience with inventory managementStrong data entry skills and proficient in MS Excel and Google SheetsStrong data entry skills providing constant attention to detailStrong communication skills; able to collaborate cross functionally This role offers a remote and/or hybrid work environment, but we would prefer candidates located in the NYC and NJ areaSalary Range: $65,000 to $70,000 plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
