Responsibilities

  • Create and manage annual and seasonal merchandise plans utilizing history, sales trends, and market influences to ensure accurate sales and inventory forecast for assigned area of responsibility.
  • In Season business management. Consistently monitor sales performance. Identify and communicate opportunities and risk. Partner with Merchants to ensure product assortments support sales targets by country. Collaborate to ensure key item sales and inventory forecast are in alignment with departmental sales and inventory objectives. Lead the OTB process for your merchandising team, adjusting forecast, receipt targets and margin as needed to achieve financial goals.
  • Build cross functional, collaborative partnerships to meet shared goals.
