**Housekeeper - Second Shift**

**Department:** Environmental Services: 004 **Location:** Fort Worth, TX

**Housekeeper 2nd Shift - 3 pm - 11:30 pm**

**- Full and Part Time Available**

**- Starting Pay $11.00 per hour**

**JOB SUMMARY:**

**40 hours per week/ varying schedule with rotating days off. Weekends are MANDATORY. Must be willing to work overtime (OT) based off of the needs of the facility**

The Housekeeper cleans assigned areas of the hospital to maintain an aseptic environment and prevent healthcare-associated infections, using standard cleaning procedures and chemicals through the daily cleaning of assigned patient/non-patient areas and equipment according to policy & procedure. All employees must demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.

**REQUIREMENTS****:**

* Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

* Must successfully pass a ***STRINGENT* criminal background check and drug screening**

* Must complete and/or accept all required healthcare screenings and immunizations

* High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
