Senior Salesforce Program ManagerLocation: Hybrid, Washington DC area

Description:Seeking a highly experienced professional to oversee all functions, personnel, and contract deliverables for Onboarding, Management, Engineering, Governance, and Assurance (OMEGA) Services. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in managing enterprise Salesforce platform delivery solutions.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Responsibilities:Oversee all functions, personnel, and contract deliverables of OMEGA ServicesManage enterprise Salesforce delivery solutionsLead a team of 50 or more members on large IT enterprise projectsEnsure successful project completion and delivery within budget and timeline constraints

Required Skills:Managing enterprise Salesforce experience, including large multi-org environments with hundreds to thousands of usersExperience in U.S. federal program management with a background in public health projects preferredCertified Administrator for SalesforceMust be a U.S. Citizen

Education and Experience:20 years of experience with at least 15 years of demonstrated experience managing large IT enterprise projects with 50 team members or moreBachelor’s degree in a related fieldExperience in enterprise Salesforce platform delivery solutions (U.S. public sector preferred)
