Overview:

Xerox Corporation is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years and is currently seeking a Senior Client Manager to support Washington state. As a Senior Client Manager, you will be responsible for large accounts in the federal government, managing the entire sales cycle, gaining new market share, and growing existing accounts. This is a full-time opportunity selling Xerox Office Technology and Services including hardware, software, apps, information technology (IT), and professional services in an assigned territory.

What You Will Do:

Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure target sales goals and profit objectives are achieved Plan and implement recurring team meetings and trainings to provide a cohesive approach to revenue targets Facilitate account development strategies on target accounts to drive net new business Coach, train, and develop strategies to maximize market potential, grow net new business, and upsell in current client accounts Submit accurate monthly forecasts Manage daily / weekly sales activity by reviewing team performance pipeline and activity Prospect for new business opportunities Set appointments Discover, assess, and validate client needs Design and develop solution strategies Present, demonstrate, and propose offerings Close, negotiate, and implement contracts Continue to manage, strategize, refer, and conduct regular business reviews of accounts Meet or exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectives Stay up to date regarding changes in technology

What You Need to Succeed:

10 years or more experience with the federal government Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred Track record of producing results Office technology industry experience preferred Technology sales experience is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities Great interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Willingness to take risks and try innovative, new approaches Valid Driver’s License with a relatively clean driving record
