Elevate your career with CHAGEE as a Consumer Insights Manager.
Through our stores across Malaysia, China, Singapore, and Thailand, we serve a staggering 100 million cups of tea monthly. CHAGEE is excited to expand to the US market, and this is your chance to be part of an exhilarating journey as we deliver the taste of authentic tea culture to America.
What you'll do:
Manage and conduct all primary (consumer/market) research projects for US market to help CHAGEE successfully launch and expand in US; Research type include but not limited to industry/competitor scan, consumer U&A, decision journey, product and brand validation, copy testing, price elasticity, etc.
Provide macro-economic, industry knowledge and business insights leveraging syndicated research analysis and first/second hand data analytics on a regular basis. Conduct regular competitive intelligence review, establish matrix, price comparison and perception map.
Establish research framework and standard research workflow under senior guidance for CHAGEE US team
Investigate and build research suppliers resources databases to bring the latest thinking and effective decision support to the team
Provide a point of view towards brand decisions through extracting, interpreting and communicating research learnings and continuous data, for a range of business activities
Involve into global project design, scope & execution to get alignment and bring US consumers’ voice into insights take-away
Experience you need to be successful:
Have a deep understanding of US beverage industry
2-5 years working experience in the marketing research industry (agency or manufacture side), marketing or relevant fields driving holistic brand growth
Possess strong knowledge of statistical tools and methodology
Demonstrated level of experience in Market Research Fundamentals, and a mastery of Market Research qualitative & quantitative techniques
CPG or F&B or catering category experience preferred
Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication/interpersonal and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and with people at all levels of the organization
Desire to lead with curiosity and continuously improve processes
