This is a critical role in ensuring a positive employee experience for the entire employee lifecycle with a focus of providing employee-centric, service-oriented support for the organization. The Employee Experience Specialist provides support in all facets of HR, working with the Centers of Excellence (COE), supporting employee onboarding, offboarding, retention, policy interpretation, and application.Key Responsibilities Include:Provide HR support to employees on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development, utilizing proper escalation when needed and ensuring consistent interpretation and application of established HR policies and practices throughout the CompanyMaintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reportingServe as the first point of contact for employees; responding to inquiries or concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, pay, and other employee questionsCommunicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure issues are addressed and resolved promptly as well as collaborating with HR Partners to incorporate employee insights into organizational strategiesManage benefits and leave administration, including short-term disability, workers compensation, ADA, FMLA and personal leaveAssist with new hire orientation and facilitate the integration of new employees into the companyConduct training on HR programs and initiativesProvide proactive, innovative, and business-focused HR solutions based on knowledge of the business, employees, and established objectivesEnsures consistent interpretation and application of established HR policies and practices throughout the CompanyNavigate confidential and complex employee relations issues, investigations, and consulting to mid-level management to include making recommendations regarding discipline and termination and advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issuesAssist with employee engagement initiativesConduct exit interviews, monitor findings and present findings to Employee Services ManagerParticipate in or lead various HR projects as assigned while ensuring alignment with company goals and initiatives4 Year Bachelor's Degree2+ YearsHR experience or related experience and/or trainingWhats in It For You:Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much moreThe ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growthThe support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our bestLocation(s) Plymouth, MNArea of InterestCorporate Support FunctionsAbout UsBuilding a more sustainable planet.
