**Customer Experience Representative (Remote)**

Minneapolis, MN / Customer Experience Customer Experience - U.S. / Full-Time Apruve is a fast-growing financial technology startup that is venture-backed by Tier 1 investors from both coasts. We are looking for a passionate **Customer Experience Representative** who focuses on building positive business relationships while assisting our customers and partners with product and payment questions. These stakeholders include buyers, sellers, and banking partners.

This position is designed to be an associate-level position for someone with an interest in joining a fast-growing startup where there would be a stepwise path forward to take on more responsibility quickly. Everyone wears a number of hats. Its not my job is not something we say. There is always more to learn and ways to improve to make our company better. A successful candidate for this role will be someone who can continuously display empathy and respect for our customers and team alike - and be willing to go the extra mile.

+ Develop a deep understanding of our product, clients, and their buyers' journey

+ Gain expertise in dealing with customers via phone, live chat, and email channels; including inbound and outbound customer support

+ Leverage Zendesk's suite to organize and prioritize a heavy ticket volume

+ Take ownership of each customer's journey by resolving cases through timely, accurate, comprehensive, and personalized solutions

+ Partner with our underwriters to solve payment issues

+ Support team and CX Manager in creating a digital learning tool for ongoing customer support questions

+ Showcase initiative and collaboration working with cross-functional teams to ensure the elimination of roadblocks towards a positive customer experience

+ Demonstrate passion for our brand and product knowledge that increases brand trust across all stakeholders

+ 1-2 years of relevant experience in service desk support or customer facing roles (e.g. sales, retail, restaurant service)

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for global customers in both a verbal and written format

+ Solution-oriented problem solver with the ability to turn challenging customers into raving fans

+ Feel fulfilled by delivering a world-class customer experience with a focus on connecting to the customer behind the ticket
