We are actively seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our dedicated team of professionals in York, PA. As a Civil Project Manager, key responsibilities include:

•Managing civil/municipal/water resources projects

•Preparing project designs and reports

•Preparing and administering construction contracts

•Managing financial resources and project profitability

Requirements

•Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering

•Pennsylvania Professional Engineering license

•Minimum 5 years' experience in civil, municipal and water resources engineering to include:

o Municipal representation

o Storm water

o Roads

o Utilities

o Construction administration

o Ordinance and plan review

o PENNDOT permits

o Grant applications

o Project presentations

o Specification writing

o Meeting facilitation

•Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, computerized project management systems such as Deltek Vision, and storm water related software

•Client-focused leader and team player possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills

•Requires travel to job sites, meetings, and other offices

•Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
