About the job:
GLOMO is looking to hire a Commercial Business Development Representative for a reputable and fast-growing client in the Moving and Storage industry to work out of their Atlanta, Georgia office

Responsibilities:
Developing lists of prospective customers from review of publications and contacts with business and real estate firms, providing such information as personnel transfers, home-sales listings, and commercial relocations.
Calling and following up consistently with prospective customers at home or business establishments and describing services provided by the company.
Processing telephone orders from accounts requesting relocation services.
Examining goods to be moved or stored, estimating cubic feet of storage or shipping space that will be required for the move, and computing cost of packing, crating, moving, shipping, and delivering household goods, office furnishings, machinery, or other material.
Recording details on itemized sales contracts, such as the value and description of goods, packing instructions, and the charge for each service.
Responsible for attaining sales goals, closing ratios and completing sales reports.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales role within either the Relocation, Moving and Storage, Corporate Housing or Relocation Mortgage industries selling to commercial, residential, or corporate clients.
Proven track record of previous sales success
Ability to easily build rapport and relationships
Strong communication and presentation skills
