What you will do

Flexible Commuter role to Thousand Oaks, CA or Deerfield, IL office. You will work on-site 2-3 days a week.

In this vital role you will play a critical role in developing a partnership with agencies, media and marketing teams to optimize media strategies, provide analytics supporting all media spend, media targeting, performance measurement, and guide the test & learn agenda.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the ongoing media and campaign analytics to ensure that it is consistent with the goals defined by measurement framework and ongoing optimizations lead to concrete insights.
  • Define processes and find opportunities to create efficiencies that allow media and data science teams to focus on beneficial work.
  • Defining a methodology to connect optimizing and leading metrics with lagging critical metrics. This may include working with other members of the decision science teams on marketing mix projects on a monthly and quarterly basis that helps to understand the effectiveness of the omnichannel media performance.
  • Develop an internal communication tool for a wide range of partners that provides an ongoing read on all media and campaign performance. This may include reports and dashboards.
  • Implement/create digital campaign analytics - including audience analysis, digital persona development, omnichannel customer journey development, test-and-learn campaign testing, analytics around content and channel affinity, and optimal sequencing of touchpoints.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

Or

Masters degree and 2 years of analytics, sales &/or marketing operations experience

Or

Bachelors degree and 4 years of analytics, sales &/or marketing operations experience

Or

Associates degree and 8 years of analytics, sales &/or marketing operations experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 10 years of analytics, sales &/or marketing operations experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience helping to define critical metrics along all touchpoints in a consumer journey and using omnichannel media and CRM to deliver relevant messaging
  • Previous experience working with different media and ad serving platforms and can support ad tracking, conversion and analytic reporting, impression monitoring creative validation, and optimization automations (Campaign Manager/ GA/ Adobe/GA360/Innovid)
  • Previous experience working in campaign performance reporting at an agency or in a client role
  • Experience implementing channel and campaign optimization
  • Experience with media design and implementation of measurement framework, tests, data driven processes optimization of media performance
  • Strong knowledge of multiple online and offline media data, advanced analytic methods and modeling techniques, intelligence and visualization tools
