Front Office Supervisor

Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other colleagues by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing.
The Operations Supervisor will have a focus on the Front of House Guest Experience, with primary responsibilities overseeing the Front Office (including Front Office, PBX, Guest Services, and Valet) as well as F&B outlets. This position requires a solid understanding of the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience-whether arrival, drinking and dining, or departure. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. Additionally, this position will gain exposure to other operational areas in an effort to promote growth and encourage cross development of talent within the Operations Division.
