This role partners all departments in the organization to curate and share content driving revenue and engagement.The individual in this role partners with the broadcasting team to drive activation and advertising promotion with our broadcast rights holders.They will also partner with our content department to work through strategy for both brand and revenue driving content. The individual in this role will also provide centralized planning and support for all marketing and advertising for minor league affiliates, Spring Training, Houston Open and other special events. Sports or entertainment experience preferred.Excellent oral and written communication skills - can interact well with all levels internally and externally.Detailed oriented, organized and able to multi-task.Strong peer and direct leadership skills - ability to develop and manage talent.Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Fluency in Spanish is a plus.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in an office and stadium setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.Must be able to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions and within a stadium environment.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
