Description

We're directly responsible for handling asset protection and Insurance benefit options for Local, regional, and various organizations from Police departments, School boards of education officials, and Multiple Government agencies at the local and state level. We also use social media to market our firm with a very an overwhelming response.

We're looking for a driven and motivated area sales manager to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business to multiple properties while also developing relationships with existing clients. You'll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins.

Responsibilities

•Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
•Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
•Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
•Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community
•Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development

Qualifications

•Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar major is desired
•Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
•Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required
•3 or more years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality
•Outstanding organizational skills and time management
