Position Summary:
This multifamily construction executive and business unit leader who will play a key role building out a construction operations platform and team (in-house GC) across multiple states and markets throughout the “Mountain and West” region, with an office located in the greater Denver area. This opportunity is at the senior executive level and will be responsible for all things construction operations, at the strategic and business planning level, across the full life cycle from design, pre-construction, estimating through construction operations and delivery, all within a vertically integrated (develop, build, manage) business model. This leader will manage the business behind a growing pipeline and footprint of multiple projects and project teams.
This is a highly visible role working directly, side by side, with senior executive leadership & stakeholders (internal and external). This is a huge opportunity to be a key leader and instrumental part of planning and executing on this capital and growth goals as it relates.
The ideal person enjoys building… teams, platforms, systems, processes, footprint, relationships, projects/properties, etc.. and leading advanced construction initiatives, strategies, and plans at all levels.

The firm is very well respected, very well capitalized and has a solid foundation and plans for continued growth (reason for this opening - organic growth and deeper expansion into Denver, Boise and other markets across the mountain and west region). They are focused on developing and building “institutional” quality projects and have an extremely healthy pipeline and appetite to continue growing beyond their current pipeline. This individual will head up an active pipeline of 2 under construction, 2 in design and 3-5 in development and many others in due diligence.
