A Bit About the Role

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing events to target specific audiences within our existing database.

You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to ensure the successful implementation of these events. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a demand gen mindset. Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a proven track record of successfully executing field marketing initiatives that re engagement with current pipeline.

What you'll do: Develop and Execute a Field Marketing Strategy in the US with an events focus Develop comprehensive field marketing events that align with the marketing and sales objectives. Implement marketing/ event strategies to re-engage with a specific target group and region, resulting in pipeline generation. Collaborate with the marketing team, specifically content and sales enablement to develop compelling messaging and creative assets to re-engage the audience Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including hospitality, roundtables, panel debates and other marketing events. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and onsite coordination. Work closely with the sales team to ensure events are aligned with sales objectives and follow-up strategies are in place. Build registration pages and develop a strong outreach program to ensure registrations and attendance. Work closely with Rev Ops to secure a comprehensive reporting system to evaluate the success of each event, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as attendance, reopened opportunities, and conversion rates. Analyze data collected from events to provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement. Prepare post-event reports summarizing key findings, including recommendations for future events and marketing initiatives. Communicate event performance and insights to the marketing and sales teams, as well as senior management. Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats in the market. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to develop targeted event strategies. Regularly report on key metrics and insights to the marketing and sales teams. Develop and manage the field marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives. Monitor and track expenses to ensure they are within budget and provide regular updates to the management team. You can expect around 40% travel in the US with the occasional ask to support overseas, including, but not exclusive to, Singapore, Europe, UK, India and Australia.
