As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Ecommerce Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:

Product Management:

  • Upload new product listings to the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product details, descriptions, and images.
  • Regularly update product descriptions, images, and pricing based on inventory changes and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure products are readily available for purchase.
  • Implement strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales, including merchandising tactics such as cross-selling, upselling, and product bundling.
  • Conduct regular analysis of product performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales metrics, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Analyze e-commerce trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing e-commerce performance, highlighting key findings and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Content Management:

  • Assist in creating and updating content for product pages, promotional banners, and marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maintain consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to quality standards.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

  • Technical Skills and Tools: Google Analytics, SEO tools - SEMrush/Moz, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, eCommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • SEO and Digital Marketing Knowledge
  • Adaptability and Innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or rela ted field.
  • 4+ years' experience in eCommerce management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, and experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.
