Introduction:

We are seeking an Ecommerce Specialist with a strong focus on Amazon marketplace management and experience across multiple online platforms, including direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. Job Responsibilities:

Advanced Marketplace Management:

  • Take charge of our entire Amazon store operations, including listing optimization, inventory management, and strategic promotions.
  • Manage and optimize product listings across various marketplaces like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify, ensuring consistency in product information, images, and pricing.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of our marketplace sales, from uploading new products to managing customer interactions and post-sale services.

Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Channel Expertise:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize our direct-to-consumer sales channel, enhancing our brands direct engagement with customers.
  • Implement strategies to build and strengthen our DTC platform, focusing on personalized marketing, customer loyalty programs, and exclusive product offerings.

Digital Marketing and SEO:

  • Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns specifically tailored for marketplace and DTC platforms to increase brand visibility and attract traffic.
  • Use advanced SEO techniques and marketplace-specific tools to enhance product visibility and searchability.

Performance Analysis and Strategic Planning:

  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor marketplace and DTC platform performance, analyze sales data, and track customer engagement metrics.
  • Craft data-driven strategies that respond to marketplace trends and consumer behaviors to boost sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Customer Experience and Relationship Management:

  • Deliver superior customer service by enhancing buyer interaction and support on all marketplace platforms and the DTC channel.
  • Implement best practices for customer engagement and support to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketplace and DTC strategies align with broader business goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports on marketplace and DTC performance, insights, and growth opportunities for senior management.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing online marketplaces, including in-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).
  • Demonstrated ability in handling marketplace tools, enhancing listings, and running promotional campaigns.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing a DTC e-commerce strategy.
  • Familiarity with additional marketplaces like eBay, Walmart, and direct consumer sales platforms like Shopify.
