Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, (HYMH) a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Fleet Customer Care Specialist at our Greenville, NC Headquarters office.

What you will do:

The Fleet Customer Care Specialist will act in support of the Fleet Sales Manager in growing the Fleet business in assigned accounts by executing implementation processes and procedures to manage both new and incremental business being added to HYMH Fleet Management.
Ensure an effective transition from lead to customer by coordinating all implementation and Hypercare activities for assigned accounts and ensuring all parties are ready to meet the customers needs as service is requested.
Act as the customer advocate when educating the operations and consultation teams about the customer and their expectations of a Fleet management program.

Utilize an innovative approach to enhance effective implementation processes and procedures that support customer requirements.
The Specialist will work in conjunction with the Fleet Sales team and Major Account sales to grow and maintain key accounts.
Advocates on behalf of their assigned customers to ensure HYMH is anticipating, understanding, and responding to the needs of our customers in the most efficient and effective way possible to meet or exceed their expectations within the organizational parameters.

What you will need:

Bachelors Degree in a Business related discipline strongly preferred.
Will consider with 8+ years equivalent work related experience.

Skills, Experience & Abilities

Product Application and Industry Knowledge
Strong customer service, presentation, and communication skills
Analytical/problem solving skills
Strong time management and collaboration skills.
Advance/Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
2-3 years of relevant business experience.
