In this role you will focus on driving aftersales business growth, optimizing lifecycle solutions, and fostering strong collaboration with internal sales teams and dealer networks to meet and exceed customer expectations.





What you will do:


Drive Aftersales Business: Lead initiatives to secure aftersales business by coordinating with Lifecycle Solutions, Major Account, and Dealer sales teams to ensure seamless alignment in unit sales, market share, parts sales, and margin goals for all aftersales customers.




Account Strategy & Acquisition: Develop and manage an account assessment process to support strategic new account acquisition, in line with companyobjectivesand go-to-market strategies.




Pricing Strategy:Establish, distribute, and manage standardized pricing rate structures for maintenance and aftersales administrative fees to support dealer and major account sales, ensuring an efficient process for rate exceptions and approvals.




Sales Training & Enablement: Ensure regional and major account sales representatives have a deep understanding ofaftersalesmanagement products and services by providing regular training andmaintaininga fluent knowledge base across the team.




Portfolio Growth & Margin Improvement: Drive portfolio sales growth with a focus on improving margins, especially with newlyacquiredaccounts, byidentifyingopportunities to enhance theaftersalesproductoffering.

What you will need:


BS/BA degree preferred, with 5+ years of relevant experience.




In lieu of degree, 10+yearsof relevant experience will be considered.







Skills, Experience & Abilities


Aftersales Management Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in aftersales management, including an understanding of operating cost analysis, fleet optimization, mobile equipment technology solutions, and contract management.




Product Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in product application and industry knowledge, particularly in a manufacturing or fleet management environment.




Presentation & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to present information effectively and engage with diverse teams and customers.




Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, for creating reports, pricing models, and presentations.
