What you will do:


Customer Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned customers,understandingandrepresentingtheir needs with our operational and consultative teams.




Hypercare Management: Oversee the Hypercare process for new fleet accounts, starting from contract presentation through theinitialthree months, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction as units are added to the Fleet program.




Sales Support: Assist the Fleet Sales Manager with RFP responses, fleet survey coordination, and crafting value propositions to encourage customer participation in fleet management services.




Process Improvement: Innovate and enhance processes that support customer requirements, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness in fleet program implementation.




Customer Satisfaction: Use an empathetic, solution-oriented approach to address and resolve customer inquiries, aligning fleet services with their business needs and expectations.

What you will need:


Education:Bachelor's degree in Businessor a related field is preferred. Alternatively, 8+ years of equivalent work experience in customer service, account management, or fleet services may be considered.




Experience: 2-3 years of relevant business experience in customer service or fleet support.







Skills, Experience & Abilities


Product and Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fleet services, customer support, and industry-related applications.




Customer Service Excellence: Strong skills in customer service, with the ability to present information clearly and engage effectively.




Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess and resolve customer concerns with attention to detail and accuracy.




Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.




Technical Proficiency: Advancedexpertisein Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, for reporting, data analysis, and customer correspondence.
