Your Role:

As a Senior MLOps Engineer, you will be a key player in our AI initiatives, driving the development and deployment of machine learning models at scale. You will work closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines that ensure our models are reliable, scalable, and efficient. Your expertise will be crucial in operationalizing our AI solutions and bringing them to life.

What You'll Do:

- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines for seamless model deployment and monitoring.

- Automate model training, validation, and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reproducibility.

- Ensure scalability and reliability of machine learning models in production environments.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate MLOps best practices into the development lifecycle.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models, ensuring they meet business requirements.

- Implement robust version control and tracking systems for datasets, models, and experiments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model deployment and performance.

- Stay current with MLOps technologies and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

What We Seek:

- Extensive experience as an MLOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment.

- Strong expertise in machine learning lifecycle management and best practices.

- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow, TFX, or similar).

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).

- Strong scripting and programming skills (Python, Bash, or similar).

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools specific to machine learning (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

- Strong communication and collaboration capabilities.

- Passion for AI and a drive to advance the field of machine learning.
