What makes you a great candidate? A high school diploma or equivalent required. Two years of relevant experience required. Leadership and ability to act in crisis. Location: This position is located at our facility at 291 Elm St, Buffalo NY. Hours: This position is per-diem, Saturday & Sunday from 5:00pm to 12:00am. Must have holiday availability (if your shift falls on a holiday, you will be paid time and a half). If your shift falls on a holiday you will receive a floating holiday to use at a later date along with time and a half. Compensation Horizon is consistently evaluating our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. The range of pay for this position is $20.30-$22.00. Starting pay may be impacted based on experience and education. Compensation adjustments are evaluated annually. Physical demands associated with this position include: Stationary posture, alternating between standing and sitting. Ascending/descending on various structures (e.g. ladders). Lifting objects up to 50 pounds. Mobility required involving repetitive wrist, hand, and finger movements. Exposure to various environmental conditions including low/high temperatures and outdoor elements.
