Originating and structuring the e2e transaction, ensuring necessary collaboration with colleagues across Capital management, Credit, Legal, Distribution, Credit Risk etc. Ensuring origination and scaling up of profitable business with focus on balance sheet velocity. Working with Product Management to ensure HSBC GTRF delivers to client needs by collaborating across Fintech and 3rd party providers to deliver a best-in-class solution.Heres what you can expect:As our Business Development Manager business coverage will include: Own the TMT Sector and West Coast landscape for Structured Trade solutions working with the Head of TMT and Westcoast for STS. Collaborate with Relationship Managers in the TMT sector to identify trends in the sector and related new opportunities and advise clients on solutions that solve for industry problems. Proactively manage client relationships and originate new Structured Trade finance transactions across the Large Corporate and Mid Market Corporate franchise. Develop and maintain strong working relationships within GTRF including Business Development, Business Portfolio Risk Management, Risk and Compliance, GTRF Services and Transaction Risk Management. Lead deal execution including preparing approval materials, negotiating legal documentation, and coordinating with internal partners. Adhere to governance and compliance requirements. Build out sector specific propositions in collaboration with product management and platforms. Enhance Structured Trade penetration across the West Coast CMB portfolio.For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $129,800.00 and $220,000.00.The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.At HSBC, our overall goal is to provide a competitive Total Reward Package, with an appropriate mix of fixed pay, and variable pay, as part of an employees overall total compensation and benefits.
