Description
- Support the recruitment process including job postings, resume review, interviewing, reference checks, offer letters, and entire on boarding process.
- Assists in administering transfers, promotions, discipline & terminations, ensuring compliance with company policy and applicable law.
- Conducts exit interviews and provides feedback to management.
- Assist with performance management process; provide feedback and / or recommendations to management on employee performance reviews.
- Maintains the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
- May develop and/or facilitate training programs at location.
- May serve as backup for payroll
- On site 5 days a week
Profile
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must have a Manufacturing background.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, business or related field required
- Minimum 3 years Human Resources Generalist experience required
- Must be willing to work on site in Astoria 5 days a week
