Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced professionals to fill the roles of Operations Manager and Sales Manager. These positions are integral to the success and growth of our company, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Operations Manager:
- Oversee all aspects of event operations, including logistics, staffing, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure the seamless execution of events, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Manage event budgets, expenses, and inventory to optimize profitability.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, providing leadership and support to the operations team.
- Continuously assess and improve operational procedures to meet evolving business needs and industry trends.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of catering experience in Orange County
- Must have relationship with the venues in Southern California
Sales Manager:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, venues, and industry partners to generate leads and secure bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of experience in the Orange County catering scene, preferably with ten years of experience in wedding catering relationships and venue partnerships.
- Proven track record of success in operations management or sales within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- MUST be able to work independently and self-motivate
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
