ROLE SUMMARY The Media Measurement, Interpretation & MediaTech Lead is responsible for defining, monitoring and delivering insight around key performance indicators for Pfizer’s media investments. They will be responsible for defining primary / secondary KPIs and operational metrics across campaigns and stages of the consumer engagement funnel. They will also be key to monitoring media performance and effectiveness for the group by delivering insights and competitive media intelligence in conjunction with the Applied Intelligence & Insights team. By doing this they will be able to champion this measurement data to the wider team, curating and disseminating measurement and insights across Strategy and Planning and Global Platform Expertise groups. They will be a data driven and insight rich expert who thrives on being responsible for defining and measuring success in media using the latest Martech tools and 1P & 3P data sources. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Define primary and secondary media KPIs across campaigns and stages of the funnel. Act as key interface for both Applied Intelligence & Insights (Business Insights & Reporting, Performance Analytics and Campaign Optimization) and Global Platform Expertise, providing input, data, key metrics, and calculation methods on media-specific metrics such that Applied Intelligence & Insights can build standardized dashboards to inform product level media campaign measurement and guide future activities. Support evaluation and reporting of MROI through close collaboration with Applied Intelligence & Insights. Curate and disseminate measurements and insights to Strategy & Planning and Global Platform Expertise teams. Prepare media performance observations for recurring performance review sessions with Media Strategy and Planning team, to adapt media strategy based on relevant platform KPIs. Engage vendors on performance analysis and access to relevant performance data owned by vendors across relevant media platforms (in coordination with Global Platforms Expertise, who own the broader vendor relationships). Collaborate closely with stakeholders within the CMO organization and other organizations within Pfizer, including: o Collaborate with Applied Intelligence & insights on media analytics; Applied Intelligence & Insights will own source of truth on metrics / dashboards (e.g., MROI), while Media Performance and Measurement will own KPI definitions, and gathering relevant data from vendors / media sources to compute potential operational metrics. Continuously share measurements and insights with Strategy and Planning and Global Platform Expertise. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS BS Degree in Marketing and 15 years work experience in media measurement and analytics, with extensive experience building and leading agile workflows. Expertise in media attribution and measurement platforms. Experience with the vendor landscape and technology applications for common industry topics such as CDP integrations; Data Lake architecture; customer journey personalization and messaging; paid, earned, and owned media mix modelling planning; media activation reporting and other forms of market research. Familiar with AdTech toolsets and platforms, skilled in manipulating data sets and creating visualizations on key platforms, experience in designing and building/evolving dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Datorama and Power BI. Experience with both Traditional and Social Platforms strategy and management – Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, etc. Creative, innovative problem solver who leads with insights derived from data. B2B and B2C data-led marketing experience. Experience with leading agencies, ISV technology companies or consulting partners in advertising and marketing tech. Broad knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment Understanding of data-driven media planning and buying approaches in the US Executive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence and drive alignment across senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization Understanding of
