Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Salary:
$50,000 per year
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Integration Specialist to join our team at All In Strategies. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the implementation, integration, and maintenance of our CRM systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating with our in-house CRM system.
Responsibilities:
1.
Integration:
Implement updates and new features within the CRM platforms.
Resolve any technical issues or challenges related to CRM.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
2.
In House CRM Integration:
Work closely with the in house team to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in our custom CRM.
Stay informed about CRM updates and enhancements, implementing them as needed.
3.
Training and Documentation:
Provide training to team members on CRM usage.
Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and best practices.
4.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify areas for improvement in CRM systems and integration processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that enhance system efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of CRM experience.
2. Solid understanding of CRM systems and their integration processes.
3. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CRMs.
4. A quick learner with the ability to master our in-house CRM.
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Requirements:
1. On-site presence in Phoenix, AZ, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
2. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
3. Proven track record of successful CRM integrations and implementations.
