Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to the be the worlds best and most trusted mobility company, the Performance Reporting Department is excited to announce the opening for Reporting Coordinators to join the team

The Reporting Coordinators primary role will be the Central Supplier Administration (CSA) function. The CSA function will entail working with the groups, having a high attention to detail to detect errors/potential fraud and accuracy in updates for PeopleSoft and Coupa. The Reporting Coordinator will also assist with special projects related to the CSA area. This position will cross train in the Location Reference Data (LRD) area and assist with Peoplesoft tables and trees as needed.

This position is located at the Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO with a hybrid schedule available. The Reporting Coordinator reports to an Accounting Supervisor.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

  • Enter suppliers into the PeopleSoft supplier database based on information submitted from the operating groups and provide feedback to groups related to information submitted
  • Review supplier database to ensure compliance with internal Accounting Policy and fraud prevention
  • Review group supplier files and withholding statuses prior to the annual 1099 filing process
  • Assist with special projects
  • Cross train in other areas of the department as needed

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must have experience in a reporting or administrative role
  • Must have basic, or greater, level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook and Access)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred:

  • Experience with PeopleSoft
