Qualifications Expertise in HR policies and employee relations In-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws Experience in implementing and managing HR programs and initiatives Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders Previous experience in the financial or real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
