Your day-to-day Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and priorities.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on all HR-related matters, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

Lead workforce planning initiatives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational design to support growth and scalability.

Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and talent development strategies.

Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver innovative solutions in areas such as compensation, benefits, and employee relations.

Lead change management efforts to support organizational transformation and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

What you bring to the team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

8+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP capacity supporting technology or engineering organizations.

Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior executives and business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that drive business success within technical domains.

Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR best practices relevant to Product & Engineering functions.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making and measure HR impact on business outcomes.

Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across technical and business functions.

Proven leadership experience, inspiring and leading teams to deliver impactful HR solutions and initiatives within technical or engineering-focused environments.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
