Responsibilities: Assists the Zoning Administration team with creating, organizing, updating, and tracking a variety of materials related to the management of the zoning inspection function. Organizes and manages inspection records, enforcement case files, and court documents for the zoning inspection team. Prepares and maintains agendas, meeting notifications, application files, staff reports, and other related records for the Board of Zoning Appeals. Creates and updates website materials, brochures and handouts, forms and applications, and other similar documents for the Zoning Administration team. Provides customer service to stakeholders inside and outside the organization in need of assistance accessing the team’s data, records, and applications. Additional responsibilities as required in a complex and changing work environment. Minimum Requirements: Work requires broad knowledge in a professional business field. Knowledge is normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Political Science, Planning, Building Construction or Architecture. Required: Two years' experience in data analysis or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
