TQI Solutions is actively seeking a collaborative and skilled Project Management Analyst II to join our dedicated team. As a key contributor, you will provide crucial support to our esteemed client located in Norfolk, VA.

Responsibilities:
•Formulates and defines system scope and objectives based on user needs and industry requirements
•Documents requirements and translates them into detailed system specifications
•Applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments
•Plans and supports major technology assignments
•Captures performance results and recommends significant changes to drive project growth and success
•Assists the Program Manager with planning, executing, and monitoring system installations on various vessels

This is a full time, salaried, exempt position.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree. MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Three years of relevant experience to include experience with the installation of complex systems onboard US Navy and/or Military Sealift Command (MSC) vessels
  • Proficiency with IT program management principles
  • PMP preferred with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Experience with the DoD, and DoN

The incumbent of this position will be subject to a background investigation and will be required to maintain a Government granted security clearance.
