Manager of Strategic Partnerships

your key responsibilities will be: Strategic Growth Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and align an enterprise-focused growth strategy with company goals. Focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction within relevant B2B market segments Pipeline and Partnership Development: Develop, maintain, and expand a pipeline of potential strategic partners for the managed service offerings. Lead engaging business meetings with prospective partners, identify key challenges and position the company's solutions as a remedy. Conduct detailed feasibility and ROI analysis for proposed partnerships. Participate in the development, preparation, and negotiation of partnership agreements and renewals. Performance Monitoring and Account Management: Manage accounts of signed partners. Regularly monitor and report on partnership performance metrics . Adapt strategies based on market dynamics and the evolving needs of partners. Industry and Stakeholder Engagement: Attend trade shows and conferences in the relevant market segments. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on partnership progress and milestones. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum 2 - 5 years of progressive experience in a B2B Technology/Managed Services Sales or IT Consulting role , preferably in Agriculture, Agri-food or Sustainability. Proven ability to develop and manage B2B partners through the sales cycle. Experience in navigating purchasing cycles and technology deals within target companies. Self-motivated, with the ability to drive for results in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Experience designing and closing effective and mutually beneficial partnership contracts and agreements.
