What We're Looking For

The Bear Foundation department at Baylor University is seeking a B Association Operations Coordinator that will support the mission of the university.

A Bachelors with two years relevant experience and an active Christian faith are required. A Masters degree and two years of relevant work experience are preferred.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

* Provide administrative support for daily office activities * Serve as the initial contact for office guests * Membership dues processing, renewals, receipting, and acknowledgments * Coordinate student-athlete letter award process * Manage social media platforms * Event and Gameday Support * Assist with constituent inquiries and correspondence * Promote a professional environment with excellent customer service * Maintain professional interactions with staff, prospective students, families and visitors * Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission * Ability to comply with University policies * Maintain regular and punctual attendance
