Job ResponsibilitiesDevelops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards, and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished productFormulates and maintains quality control objectivesCoordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with other managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costsDirects workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and productsPlans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product, quality, and reliabilityMust comply with company safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment while on plant groundsInvestigates and adjusts customer complaints regarding quality in order to maintain customer relationsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications4-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
