Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in pre-launch processes, including asset management, order generation, and approval workflows.
2. Collaborate with the Advertising Operations team to collect assets, create campaigns, and deliver comprehensive launch reports.
3. Monitor and report on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations to achieve targets.
4. Conduct daily and weekly campaign optimizations, leveraging data for actionable insights.
5. Prepare detailed wrap reports and quarterly reviews for clients.
6. Provide direct client support through various communication channels and assist Account Managers as necessary.

Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, and marketing.
2. Strong understanding of advertising performance metrics.
3. Fluency in German with advanced spoken and written communication skills; proficiency in English is also required.
4. Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets, focusing on actionable insights.
5. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Comscore and Brandwatch.
6. Experience in generating reports and dashboards from diverse data sources.
7. Knowledge of digital measurement tools.
8. Ability to foster strong relationships with sales partners.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
10. Detail-oriented with a strong quality assurance focus.
