Schumacher has a myriad of showrooms in the United States and internationally, as well as a best-in-class website.Salary Range - 55k - 60k per yearShowroom Operations and Marketing Specialist Job Description:Showroom Display, Visual Merchandising, and Design Aesthetic ManagementResponsible for managing product collection display.Maintain design standards throughout showroom including aesthetic and product presentation in order to attract customer interest.Maintain all product signage including launch, new product, and existing displays.Ensure Furniture and Accessories are all tagged and in proper floorplan locations.Fulfill strategic visual merchandising to ensure Showroom products are displayed to drive client engagement.Ensure the Hospitality portion of showroom is fully stocked and organized.Order supplies and signage needed for the Showroom and Backroom.Responsible for identifying and procuring any/all additional décor in the Showroom.Contribute to management of Regional Social Media Account with posts related to showroom product display.Help coordinate in-showroom events.Sample Product ManagementPlan and design product "inspiration packages", create "ring sets", and plan/fulfill additional sample product curation initiatives.Pull Sample Product for in-Showroom clients.Pull and Ship Client Sample Product from Emailed Client Requests or called-in sample product orders.Process sample product through appropriate inventory management system.Ensure that sample product is organized and up to date.Fill and Curate sample product boxes for clients.Share product and design knowledge with clients to drive product interest and engagement.Success in this role will be determined by:Taking OwnershipThe Showroom space is the Showroom Operations and Merchandising Specialists responsibility- from how organized and well-stocked the Sample Room is to the displays of the Showroom Floor. It is imperative that the Showroom and Merchandising Specialist treat the showroom with great attention to detail.ProactivityProactively identify opportunities for showroom design aesthetic and display to ensure Showroom is reflecting relevant, high-performing products.Passion for DesignContinuously develop Interior Design knowledge- both internally within the evolving Schumacher product range as well as externally within the competitive landscape, and Interior Design industry at large.CreativityDemonstrate creative design thinking and creative design solutions to inspire clients to engage with the Schumacher brand.Develop new ideas and initiatives that inspire clients to engage with Schumacher product.High Quality Customer ServiceDeliver the best possible customer service while enhancing the Company mission to offer the highest quality product and service standards in the luxury textile market.Job requirementsShowroom Operations and Marketing Specialist Should Have (Job Requirements):Experience working in a retail or showroom environment or Design-related degree.The ability to multitask and be proactive in a fast-paced environment.Strong time-management skills.Able to do some lifting (50 lbs max).Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the luxury interior design industry.Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.Proficiency in MS Windows and Office suite.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A positive attitude.Benefits PackageYour well-being is our top priority.
