RESPONSIBILITIES • Go-to-market: Lead a world-class go-to-market motion that shepherds new product to market. • Competitive enablement: Help our sales team use Crayon to continue to beat the competition with effective and powerful sales enablement. • Positioning & messaging: Partner with product management and GTM teams to effectively position our offerings against competitors (and no decision) and publish messaging that clearly defines our value and drives excitement in the market. • Voice of customer: Develop a deep understanding of the characteristics of our customer base and be able to effectively represent them in a variety of contexts. • Content marketing: Support our content engine by writing/reviewing blog posts, social posts, sales sheets, and other collateral. • Customer marketing: Support product adoption, new integrations, and engagement with marketplace partners with content and messaging that drives customers to action. • Public speaking: Evangelize our corporate vision and product on webinars, at conferences, with customers, and in other settings. • 3+ years in product marketing at a SaaS company (B2B preferred) • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Self starter with a positive, can-do attitude and a bias for action • Prior experience with agile-based software development teams is a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google for Business, Monday.com, Salesforce, Slack, and Zoom
