The Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate estimation of electrical construction projects, from bid preparation through to close out documentation. Key responsibilities include quantity takeoff entry into estimating software, soliciting and reviewing vendor and subcontractor quotations, reviewing current material pricing levels, reviewing bid/construction schedules, performing initial review of contracts if included in bid documents, and drafting and submitting proposal documents.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office in NW Portland, operating Monday to Friday. The Estimator will report to the Chief Estimator and the Vice President of Preconstruction. The role is part of a team comprising 5 estimators.
