Project Manager - Luxury Multifamily Projects Join a well established builder with a great reputation Luxury Ground Up Multifamily Builds throughout MA My client is a respected construction management firm with over 20 years of experience serving the Greater Boston area. Job Description Lead and manage all phases of luxury multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to maintain efficiency and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee procurement and management of materials to meet project timelines and quality requirements. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Luxury Multifamily should have: Experience managing construction projects, particularly in the luxury multifamily sector. Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee diverse teams and complex projects. Knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety regulations. Effective communication and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively. A degree or certification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
