Project Manager – Commercial Construction Recruiting Associate @ 52X Consulting LLC | Specializing in Architecture & Construction Recruitment A Commercial General Contractor on the South Shore is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple commercial projects from precon through closeout. This firm specializes in ground‑up builds, tenant improvements, and occupied renovations across retail, restaurant, corporate, and commercial sectors. What You’ll Do Manage all phases of construction: precon, execution, and closeout Review plans, lead preconstruction meetings, build schedules, and coordinate logistics Oversee subcontractors, project teams, quality, safety, and daily site performance Maintain client communication and represent the project from start to finish Handle budgets, cost control, forecasting, billing, and change management Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and documentation in Procore What You Bring 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Degree in CM/Engineering preferred Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Procore Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills 5 days a week in office Commercial construction project management experience at a general contractor Benefits 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision, HSA, life insurance, PTO, referral program.
