A Commercial General Contractor on the South Shore is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple commercial projects from precon through closeout. This firm specializes in ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and occupied renovations across retail, restaurant, corporate, and commercial sectors.What You’ll DoManage all phases of construction: precon, execution, and closeoutReview plans, lead preconstruction meetings, build schedules, and coordinate logisticsOversee subcontractors, project teams, quality, safety, and daily site performanceMaintain client communication and represent the project from start to finishHandle budgets, cost control, forecasting, billing, and change managementManage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and documentation in ProcoreWhat You Bring5+ years of commercial construction project management experienceDegree in CM/Engineering preferredProficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and ProcoreStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills5 days a week in officeCommercial construction project management experience at a general contractorBenefits401(k) with match, health/dental/vision, HSA, life insurance, PTO, referral program.
