Senior Project Manager Our client is a well-established construction management company with over 20 years of experience in the Greater Boston area. They specialize in design-build projects, including new construction, renovations, and tenant fit-outs, primarily in the multifamily and condominium space. With a dynamic team and a brand-new office in Weymouth, they are gearing up for a busy next year with luxury multifamily developments. Job Description Oversee all phases of a $50M multifamily project from pre-construction through closeout. Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor relationships. Lead and mentor project teams, including Assistant PMs and Superintendents. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures. Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to resolve issues proactively. Prepare and present progress reports to senior leadership. Drive efficiency and maintain project timelines without compromising quality. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: 8+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably multifamily Proven track record managing projects $20M+ in size Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain client relationships Proficiency in project management software and budgeting tools Knowledge of local building codes and regulations What's on Offer Competitive base salary up to $170K+ (dependant on experience).
